Summary

Ye Fan introduces Chen Zhu Que, the sister of his friend, to Chen Dao Zhi, who agrees to take her as a closed-door disciple. Chen Zhu Que is overwhelmed by the opportunity, while her brother, Chen Xuan Wu, hopes she will make a good impression on Ye Fan. After Ye Fan departs, assassins attack him, demanding a valuable item. Ye Fan remains calm, provoking them before closing his eyes. As the assassins charge, Fang Si Yu intervenes, swiftly defeating them all in a matter of seconds. Afterward, Ye Fan spares the leader's life, warning him to relay a message to his master about staying out of his way.
