Summary

In the outskirts of Jiangzhou City, Hei Hu, a distillery owner, grapples with the pressures of his illicit nightclub business amid increasing crackdowns. He contemplates shifting focus to alcohol sales, which promise safer profits. However, his plans are interrupted by a mysterious young man, Xiao Fan, who confronts him. After a brief struggle, Xiao Fan uses an ancient technique to erase Hei Hu's memories and implant his own, turning Hei Hu into a loyal servant. Xiao Fan then discovers Hei Hu's past crimes and plots revenge against his former associates using a slow-acting poison.
