Summary

Wàng Fēng, a small but wealthy nation neighboring the Iron Mountain Republic, is characterized by its unique architecture and a confident populace reminiscent of the 21st century. As Hao Qi and his companions arrive, they discuss their mission to confront Pu Zhi, a figure associated with piracy. Hao Qi expresses a desire to let the law judge Pu Zhi instead of killing him, believing that this approach would serve justice better than mere vengeance. His companions are shocked by this idea, especially given Pu Zhi's status as an expert in internal energy. They arrive at the Watcher organization's base, where many victims of piracy and noble cruelty gather.
