Summary

In the Drum Tower Police Station, Bai Jia Lao Er, recently detained, sits in a gloomy state. His family, including Bai Lao Tou, pleads for help from Chang Da, but Chang Wei has already left. Yang Min is emotionally distressed, while negotiations between families over Bai Jia Lao Er's release become tense. Chang Wei, frustrated with family disputes, ultimately agrees to sever ties in exchange for his brother's freedom. Later, he seeks help from Director Chen regarding housing, bringing fish as a bribe. Chen, appreciative of past favors, offers Chang Wei a temporary residence, acknowledging the young man's fishing skills and proposing a deal for regular fish deliveries to the office.
