Summary

The narrator, plagued by bad luck, decides to investigate a dangerous situation alone, despite the concerns of his friends Fang Peng Guang and Liu Peng. As he approaches a haunted house filled with unsettling clowns, he experiences intense psychological terror. Upon entering, he discovers the haunted house is more terrifying than he expected, with fake ghosts and eerie sounds. He realizes he forgot his mission to locate the source of a dark killing aura. Using a basic talisman made from black dog's blood and cinnabar, he attempts to pinpoint the malevolent energy's concentration, showcasing his struggle with supernatural forces amidst his fears.
