Summary

Shi Mu prepares to carve a black totem of a three-headed fierce python on his chest using an Aoi long needle. As he infuses the needle with true energy, he experiences intense pain while tattooing the totem. The black pattern suppresses the cursed red totem, causing the three-headed python's spirit in the black cage to weaken. However, as the black totem forms, it begins to absorb Shi Mu's essence uncontrollably, leading to a backlash from the beast soul. Despite his efforts to stop the process, he cannot prevent the backlash, which threatens his consciousness. Just as he faces defeat, a gray giant ape appears, instilling fear in the python and allowing Shi Mu to channel his mental strength to crush the beast's spirit into the totem. Exhausted and drained, Shi Mu collapses after the intense battle.
