Summary

After much discussion, a group decided to send individuals into a pond to confront a powerful black salamander believed to guard a treasure. Yang Wu, the vice president of the Martial Arts Association, and a guardian from the Nie family, both Grandmasters, entered the water with two helpers. However, they soon realized the black salamander was far stronger than anticipated, leading to the deaths of the Grandmasters. As the situation escalated, Shi Shao, a key figure in the Nie family, attempted to fight the creature but ultimately found himself outmatched. The black salamander, capable of healing itself by consuming its opponents, proved nearly invincible.
