Summary

A fire breaks out in a village, killing a man named Da Cheng Zi. During the chaos, a disguised woman named Hu Chun Lan sneaks into a house to steal hidden gold bricks from a heated bed. Wu Lao Er unexpectedly catches her in the act. A confrontation ensues where Hu Chun Lan transforms partially into a demon, attempting to negotiate or threaten Wu Lao Er.
