Summary

Mu Yi confronts the Evil Wind Cave, vowing to eliminate its members and uphold justice. He demonstrates his overwhelming power by extracting their earth-level spirit vein, a crucial source of their strength, leading to the collapse of their protective formation. Despite the pleas for mercy from the Evil Wind Old Demon and the Bone Old Demon, Mu Yi swiftly kills them, along with the eight cave masters, effectively destroying the Evil Wind Cave. Afterward, he receives a message about turmoil at the Yaochi Academy, where high-ranking elders are betraying Dean Yao Mu Yun to ally with the Da Qian Academy. Angered by this betrayal and seeking more kills, Mu Yi heads to the Yaochi Academy, where a confrontation is brewing between Yao Mu Yun and Zeng Shu Ying, who supports the Da Qian Academy. Yao Mu Yun argues for an alliance with the Shen Yin Academy to survive, while Zeng Shu Ying believes that aligning with the Da Qian Academy is the only way to preserve their legacy.
