Summary

In a harsh winter, a convoy of 5,600 people from the Lianghait tribe, led by elder Luo Dun, migrates south to escape turmoil and threats from rival tribes. Despite the biting cold and exhaustion, Luo Dun insists on reaching Wild Wolf Gorge without delay, prioritizing the safety of the elderly and children. His determination inspires belief among the migrating tribe members, even as some choose to stay behind or join other tribes. Meanwhile, Song Bao, tasked with assisting Luo Dun, grapples with dissent among his men, who contemplate betrayal.
