Summary

Luo Ping Yi's shocking revelations about a conspiracy to seize the Luo family's assets left me feeling betrayed and anxious for Zhao Xiao Min's safety. Despite my fear, I resolved not to be intimidated. After a tense confrontation, I rushed to find Zhao Xiao Min, fearing she was in danger from the city folks. Upon locating her, we overheard suspicious conversations about grave issues. Just as we were about to be discovered, I concocted a story about proposing to Zhao Xiao Min to distract the village chief, allowing us to escape. Although the situation was dire, I was relieved to have her safe, even if it meant accepting an unexpected dinner invitation from the village chief.
