Summary

Na Mei detects the presence of little Ren Zu on a distant island and suggests they investigate. Uchiha Fei Yu, with his superior Observation Haki and divine consciousness, shows little interest in the little Ren Zu but is intrigued by two women on the island, Becca and Wei Ao Lai Te. Na Mei quickly captures them, and upon meeting Uchiha Fei Yu, Becca is shocked, while Wei Ao Lai Te kneels in submission, acknowledging his power as a Celestial Dragon. Uchiha Fei Yu discusses plans for the Murlocs to inhabit De Lei Si Luo Sa, assuring them that he won't let them overpopulate the island. As Uchiha Fei Yu surveys the situation in Dressrosa, he notes that the chaos has been suppressed and the economy is flourishing due to the influx of merfolk. However, pirate ships are spotted in the distance, fleeing from an unknown enemy, driven toward Dressrosa. Above them, a black fighter aircraft, representing a Devil Fruit user, demonstrates incredible speed and agility, signaling impending conflict.
