Summary

In the desolate Mo Bei wilderness, Lin Yun, a weary teenager, traverses through harsh winter conditions, reflecting on his journey towards the imperial capital of Da Qin. After two months of travel, he encounters a corpse partially buried in snow, but discovers a young boy, Li Wuyou, who is alive. Lin Yun rescues him and seeks shelter in a dilapidated temple, where they meet a bald monk.
