Summary

Zhang Jing Liang is thrown into chaos as his illegal activities—running an underground gambling den, tax evasion, and swindling his father’s friend—are exposed one after another. He realizes Ning Chang Sheng is behind the revelations and begs for mercy, kowtowing in submission. Ning Chang Sheng, a powerful figure, intimidates the top elites of Chan City, forcing them to kneel and apologize. Si Tu Nan Tian and Liang Ya, however, remain defiant, claiming their families are too powerful to be threatened. Ning Chang Sheng warns them to return what they’ve taken within two months or face dire consequences. The scene ends with Ning Chang Sheng leaving, asserting his dominance and control over the situation.
