Summary

Cui Pang Zi, a formidable quasi-emperor, confronts the skilled hermit Hua Rong, severing her arm with a black flame blade. Despite her attempts to escape, she suffers further injuries as Cui Pang Zi destroys her arm and takes a crystal ball from Asgard. Shi Jie intervenes, but in a shocking turn, he kills the hermit to protect his own interests. After a brief struggle, Shi Jie and the demon escape using a chess piece, leaving Cui Pang Zi weakened. Adolf arrives late, expressing guilt over the situation, and they resolve to rescue students from the Dark Church, escalating tensions into a potential war.
