Summary

In a distant mountain forest, Meng Yi De prepares an attack on Donglai Cave after receiving a report confirming its lack of defenses. He divides his forces into four routes, with Yuan Zheng Kun leading the vanguard. Meanwhile, Yan Xiu, the lone defender of Donglai Cave, senses an impending attack and attempts to flee upon recognizing Yuan Zheng Kun. Despite his efforts, he is pursued by Yuan Zheng Kun and his allies. A fierce confrontation ensues, but Yan Xiu manages to escape, leaving his pursuers frustrated. Meng Yi De's forces easily take Donglai Cave, raising concerns about potential traps and the whereabouts of its inhabitants.
