Summary

In a mysterious nighttime scene, two men in a Mercedes van near Villa 911 are unaware that Shen Cai Hua and a wrinkled infant have secretly entered their vehicle. After a police checkpoint and a startling encounter with two strange babies, they decide to bring the infants to their hidden Kowloon City courtyard. The Old Yin Crone, a sinister figure known as "The Flower of Hong Kong", examines the unusual infants - one seemingly normal and one wrinkled - with great interest, suggesting a dark and potentially cannibalistic intention towards the children.
