Summary

In Chapter 16, Du Shaofu encounters danger in the Savage Beast Mountain Range when five Mountain-Piercing Demon Pigs attack him. Despite his efforts using the Turbulent Waves Palm, he is overwhelmed. Just as his situation becomes dire, a young woman resembling an elf appears, swiftly eliminating the beasts with her archery skills. After collecting the pigs' fangs, she warns Du Shaofu about the dangers of the area before disappearing. The woman in plain clothes returns, and Du Shaofu expresses his hunger, revealing his vulnerability as a martial artist who cannot go long without food. The chapter ends with a shift to the next part of the story.
