Summary

Yang Long Ting's army surrounds Heishi City, strategically positioned to prevent Xue Banchuan's escape. After receiving the corpse of Luo Tie, Yang Long Ting orders the execution of the supply team and sends a threatening letter to Cheng Dalei, who responds defiantly. Realizing the need for caution, Yang Long Ting decides to placate Cheng Dalei while preparing for an assault on the city. Inside, Xue Banchuan, having imprisoned prominent families to prevent rebellion, opts for a strategy of waiting and spreading damaging rumors about Yang Long Ting to undermine his reputation.
