Summary

Chen observes the commotion at Feiyan Terrace but chooses to remain distant, enjoying a wild fruit while the Su brothers plead for Su Qing Jun's attention. After a tense exchange, Su Qing Jun emerges, appearing composed yet slightly annoyed. The brothers express their concerns, but she quickly reprimands them for their loudness. Chen, meanwhile, silently watches, amused by the situation. Later, Chen and Su Qing Jun share a quiet moment in the spirit field, discussing the ripeness of eagle fruits. Su Qing Jun, feeling troubled, reveals her need to go down the mountain, seeking Chen's help. Despite her superior status, she feels a sense of guilt in asking him. Chen agrees to assist her, warning her about the curfew. As night falls, Chen waits for Su Qing Jun's return, growing increasingly concerned as time passes. Eventually, she appears but collapses from exhaustion and injuries, coughing up blood as she reaches him.
