Summary

The narrative centers around Liu Bang, the founding emperor of the Great Han, who, alongside his chancellor Xiao He, discovers ancient scrolls about the Wenting Tower. They devise a plan to replicate the tower to recruit cultivators and strategically undermine Xiang Yu, Liu Bang's rival. Although the plan remains unexecuted due to Xiang Yu's demise, Liu Bang's son, Rui Prince Liu An, later revives the concept with Huo Wu Wei. Together, they aim to control the royal court through deception, recruiting various cultivators and even forming an alliance with a demon horde.
