Summary

Jin Bo Li, a professor and member of the Mage's Association, helps Kobayashi, Loki, and Fu Lei by erasing their illegal activities from records and ensuring their automatons are not confiscated. The orphanage is not abandoned, but there are unresolved issues, particularly concerning the Bai Shen Zi, powerful experimental subjects created by "Father" Bu Lang Sen, which could be mismanaged. Kobayashi is called to the orphanage by Fu Lei, where he discovers it undergoing renovations led by a butler named Mr. Sebas, who claims to be acting on behalf of a mysterious "Master." Young Lady Kobayashi is tasked with naming the orphanage, eventually deciding on "Aqua Orphanage" after her goddess. Mr. Sebas becomes enamored with the idea of the Akusis Church and wishes to join. However, a sandwich Fu Lei made causes Kobayashi to choke due to its alcohol content. After parting ways, Kobayashi encounters a girl resembling Charlotte, who falls from the sky, just as the clock tower collapses due to an attack from a figure on a dragon, identified as Charlotte.
