Summary

Ai Hui, a former prisoner, receives a message from an old man about an impending disaster caused by "God's Blood," a poison created by a group of madmen. The old man warns Ai Hui not to touch any bloodstains, as it can infect wounds and poison through skin contact. Ai Hui is shocked to learn that the research on "God's Blood" has been ongoing for a hundred years and that a grand plan is set to unfold in sixty days. Ai Hui meets Shi Xue Man, a skilled warrior, who is part of a team of wealthy and well-equipped individuals. However, the team is resistant to following Ai Hui's command, and a disagreement arises. Shi Xue Man suggests that Ai Hui lead the team, but the proposal is met with opposition from the other members. Ai Hui, unfazed by the opposition, suggests that the team split into two groups, with the stronger members forming their own team and the weaker members, including himself, forming another team. This proposal is met with agreement, and the teams are formed.
