Summary

In a dramatic encounter, A Cuo confronts Old Paul in the Carthaginian Prison, declaring he never sought to be a god. As Old Paul realizes his divine power has been squandered, he witnesses the escape of those he had imprisoned. A Cuo, now equally powerful, offers Old Paul a chance for revenge outside the prison, but Paul is left alone as A Cuo steps out. The group, led by Sun De Sheng, bids farewell to Paul, expressing their disdain. Hannibal, once a powerful figure now imprisoned, apologizes for past actions, and the group contemplates their future, rejecting ties to their dark past and expressing a desire for a new beginning.
