Summary

In a tense atmosphere, Liu Chengfeng and Ning Qiushui learn from Tian Xun about the dangers of the Blood Gate, which houses two types of ghosts: local ones that are bound to the land and others that wreak havoc elsewhere. They realize their luck is dire after encountering a particularly vengeful ghost. As they navigate their fears, they meet Bai Xiaoxiao, who reveals the potential of ghost artifacts that can aid their survival. After a night of reflection, Ning Qiushui returns home, only to receive an unexpected letter from his neighbor, hinting at deeper mysteries yet to unfold.
