Summary

Zhang Ye, a radio DJ, has pre-recorded episodes for his show "Midnight Ghost Stories" and is catching up on sleep. He checks his gaming ring and finds he has enough reputation points to draw a prize. He spends 100,000 points and gets an Invisibility Potion that lasts for 5 minutes. Zhang Ye is not pleased with the prize, finding it useless. Meanwhile, his landlady Rao Ai Min is arguing with tenants over rent increases. She scolds them individually, leaving them speechless. Rao Ai Min then calls Zhang Ye to her home, where she shows him a newspaper article featuring his show's success. Zhang Ye tries to negotiate with her about his rent, offering to do chores in exchange for food. Rao Ai Min provides him with steamed buns and teases him about eating buns being deadly. Zhang Ye is terrified, remembering food safety issues, but Rao Ai Min reveals that the person who died was actually hit by a truck. Zhang Ye is relieved and finishes eating. Rao Ai Min then asks him to clean up the room and prepare bathwater.
