Summary

Mei Lun visits Sir Wright at the New Faction headquarters after honing his skills with the Power of Dreams. He expresses his desire to learn the inheritance of mechanics from the Craftsman Brotherhood. Sir Wright informs him of the current chaos within the Brotherhood and suggests that Mei Lun impersonate someone else to gain access. Mei Lun agrees and meets Matthew, a young man with a mechanical prosthetic, whose identity he will take on. After preparing for the mission, Mei Lun boards a steam train to Stormwind City, where he reunites with Rachel, a former acquaintance of Matthew. Rachel explains the structure of the Craftsman Brotherhood, including its two main factions: Mechanics and Grand Soul Masters, and the different levels of mecha research. Upon arriving at the Brotherhood, Mei Lun registers and receives a unique identification pass. He meets Supervisor Lu Si Ka, who assigns him to Laboratory 93 for mechanical construction research, encouraging him to learn and develop his skills.
