Summary

Laura Hawk discovers something is wrong and accesses a hidden corridor in the surveillance room. Inside, she communicates with the Observer about Mac Ruan's situation after he deployed a specimen but lost signal. The Observer prioritizes the experimental data over Mac Ruan's fate. Meanwhile, in the suburbs of Tongfu City, Mac Ruan is attacked by Zhou Zhen and ultimately loses his limbs. In a moment of desperation, he uses his Digital Domain abilities to regenerate his limbs and creates a toxic miasma to escape. As he navigates through the miasma, he encounters a strange scene—a line of people, including children, waiting in front of an amusement park. Mac Ruan realizes he is trapped and sees a girl with a Vig-Ve-Sir pendant, marking a significant and eerie shift in his surroundings.
