Summary

Che Qian Zi awakens not in a hospital but on Sun De Sheng's back, disoriented and in darkness. As they walk with others, discussions about immortality and tribulations unfold. After a time, Che Qian Zi finds himself alone in a dilapidated ancient city, realizing his companions are missing. He conjures a fireball to signal them but receives no response. In desperation, he hears Wu Lao Er's voice from a well, where he discovers Wu Lao Er injured and bloodied. After rescuing him, Wu Lao Er reveals that their companions were captured or killed, while they await help from Comrade Wu Ren Di. The situation is dire, and Che Qian Zi feels the weight of their predicament.
