Summary

Mu Rong Xiao Xiang confronts Mu Yi, seeking revenge for their previous encounter. He is joined by others, including the Gorefiend and Bone Demon, who also wish to kill Mu Yi. Various powerful figures, including Mo Qiu Shui and Wei Gu Cheng, arrive to seek vengeance for their fallen son. Yao Mu Yun realizes the severity of the situation and attempts to protect Mu Yi. The royal infantes, Chu Feng Lan and Chu Chou Yu, intervene, stating that all participants are under their protection during the ancient tomb exploration. Tensions escalate as Mu Rong Xiao Xiang openly challenges the Chu family’s authority, claiming the Da Qian Academy is the true master of the empire. The situation intensifies when six Elders from the Grand Qian Academy arrive, disregarding the longstanding rule that disciples settle their grievances among themselves. Mu Rong Xiao Xiang issues an ultimatum to the royal infantes to step aside, which they reluctantly do, signaling a brewing conflict.
