Summary

Locke, a Scotland Yard Inspector, investigates an incident involving a young Chinese martial artist who attacked a British officer banquet. He learns from local youths that the attacker was provoked by a discriminatory sign and acted out of frustration rather than premeditation. Despite the chaos, the attacker adhered to a moral code, avoiding unnecessary harm to innocents. Meanwhile, a dark sacrificial ceremony occurs underground, where a figure named Zhu Hao Miao extracts "value" from captured individuals, transforming it into gold coins for his followers, enhancing their abilities.
