Summary

Shi Lai unexpectedly helps a mysterious woman, who kicks him into a waterfall. Shan Fei, realizing Shi Lai is missing, contemplates finding another exit. The woman instructs him to jump from the right side of the waterfall. As chaos ensues, Lu Hong, now mutated, confronts Shan Fei. After a struggle, Shan Fei falls into the water, recalling the woman's advice. He ends up in an ancient stone chamber beneath the waterfall, where he encounters the woman again. She reveals they are in a "dead zone" and that they cannot leave due to the instability of the energy linked to the Blood Tree's demise. Shan Fei questions her master, Shi Yan, and the mysterious connections surrounding them.
