Summary

In the northern foothills of Phoenix Mountain, a new courtyard has emerged, built by the Yuan Jia, Lei, and Zeng families. Gu Yu, who practices in the mountains, descends monthly to collect medicinal herbs. On this occasion, he meets representatives from four factions, including Zhang Hong Ru and Jiang Chao Fan. They discuss a peculiar case involving a tour group that was poisoned, leading Gu Yu to agree to investigate. Meanwhile, his sister Xiao Zhai stays behind to focus on her cultivation. The next day, Gu Yu arrives at Cao He Kou, where locals express their distress over the situation, suspecting the unusual blooming of peach blossoms and fog in the area as potential causes.
