Summary

Yun Xiao, after acquiring a block-making machine, seeks out Xia Chang Qing to create a Water System Artisan-level Energy Block. He gathers materials, including the rare Time Flower, and successfully crafts the block after a few attempts. The crafted block, named "Heart of the Ocean," enhances the attributes of water spirits. Yun Xiao feeds the block to Ma Na Fei, an ocean spirit, who awakens but initially reacts with fear.
