Summary

Han Zhu is called by Han Chao to confront Ye Ge Lu and Pei Yan Zhi, who is revealed to be a friend of Ye Ge Lu. Han Chao and Su Cui Ping accuse Ye Ge Lu of infidelity and mistreatment. Tension escalates when Pei Yan Zhi reveals a large sum of money that was in Su Cui Ping's possession, leading to the realization that they were attempting to swindle her. Han Zhu reprimands her mother for the disgraceful behavior. Pei Yan Zhi decides not to pursue the matter further, and Han Zhu leaves her family behind to return to work, troubled by the sight of Ye Ge Lu and Pei Yan Zhi together.
