Summary

At a tightly secured execution site, Chang Wei arrives as a crowd gathers for the event. Twenty death row inmates are lined up, and the execution is led by Wei Qian Jun. As gunfire erupts, one inmate, Peng Zu Hui, survives and calls out for mercy, claiming he has information to report. Chang Wei halts the execution, leading to confusion among officials.
