Summary

Qu Tang returns to his tent after a meeting with Lord Xiong Tuo, where his companions, Gu Liangwei and Wu Ma Jiao, express their distrust of him. Qu Tang reveals that Xiong Tuo is considering troop withdrawal due to the death of the Wei general, Zi Che Yu. Gu Liangwei and Wu Ma Jiao, eager for the Wei Army's success, discuss setting fire to the Chu camp. Qu Tang, having devised a clever plan to instigate chaos without arousing suspicion, persuades them to escalate a conflict between Chu soldiers. As night falls, a fight breaks out, leading to a fire that engulfs the camp, creating a significant distraction for the Wei forces.
