Summary

In Shen Wu County, a city divided into four districts, chaos reigns as rogues led by Sun Lu exploit the turmoil caused by defeated soldiers. While the southern district remains relatively safe, the eastern and northern areas are engulfed in flames and lawlessness. Sun Lu, despite his lack of skill, rallies a group of disreputable individuals to plunder the wealth of the prosperous western district. As tensions rise, a confrontation occurs at a barricade, where Zhong Tiebi, a chivalrous leader, attempts to defend against the rogues and Ma Yi Yue Qi cavalry. The situation escalates, with both sides prepared for violence, leaving the fate of Shen Wu hanging in the balance.
