Summary

In a tense atmosphere, Jun Lu Yuan and Ning Qiushui lie in their beds, disturbed by a mysterious sound outside their window, initially thought to be rain. Jun Lu Yuan discovers a shadow outside, which turns out to be a water stain on the curtains, revealing the presence of the terrifying Lady in Black. As she inspects Ning Qiushui, Jun Lu Yuan pretends to be asleep, feeling a mix of fear and curiosity. After she leaves, Ning Qiushui, who was awake, investigates the curtains, leading to eerie sounds from the neighboring room. They realize the Lady in Black is searching for something, heightening their anxiety about the night ahead.
