Summary

Fang Yuan and Liu Yan engage in a tense conversation about the latter's dwindling lifespan and desperate gamble for power. Liu Yan, over 300 years old, seeks a breakthrough to extend his life using a secret technique. Fang Yuan, however, refuses to join Liu Yan's reckless plan, leading to a heated confrontation.
