Summary

Bai Ze, equipped with a magical conch shell, attempts to connect with it to communicate with an elf maiden who saved him. After a brief exchange, the conch shuts down, prompting Bai Ze to prepare for a dangerous descent into a tree spirit's tomb. He faces intense pain from the tree spirit's energy extraction but manages to seize its core. Bai Ze uses this core to create a treehouse, fulfilling his dream of homeownership. Overjoyed, he celebrates his success, but soon feels an overwhelming fatigue and dissociation, questioning his reality as he finds himself back at a dining table with his brother, signaling a transition to the next chapter.
