Chapter 134: Allies (Part 1). [754]

Summary

Bo Sa Na feels disheartened after a confrontation with a First Empire envoy, who dismisses her claims about human rights abuses in the South Pa Luo region. Shia informs her that a press conference has been canceled, leading to frustration. Bo Sa Na had intended to present evidence of atrocities, including the sale of children. Suddenly, journalists invade their hotel suite, announcing that Bo Sa Na and her delegation are classified as undesirable and must leave the country within four hours. Despite attempts to resist, they are escorted onto a plane. Later, they learn that international support has shifted against the Bo Sa regime. In a meeting aboard the Pluto, Yue Chen discusses the slow extraction of raw liquid from the Pa Luo temple. He expresses gratitude for the support of the Pa Luo people, despite the legal implications. General Ge Lei warns of the consequences of Yue Chen's interference in the planet's affairs, while Di Ka supports Yue Chen's sentiments about stopping the massacres. Yue Chen proposes deploying his mecha squad to assist the Pa Luo people, which General Ge Lei allows, cautioning him about the potential repercussions.
