Summary

Gao Yang and Qing Ling engage in a conversation by the river, where Gao Yang expresses his fatigue and desire to go home. Despite the challenges of the game, Qing Ling encourages him not to give up. As they walk, Qing Ling realizes they are going the wrong way, and her fear escalates when Gao Yang begins to distance himself. He reminds her of her strength and original intentions. Suddenly, a whistle triggers Qing Ling's memories, and she finds herself crying. Gao Yang comforts her, but then he disappears, leaving her and their companions in shock. They learn that Gao Yang has achieved a breakthrough, gaining the ultimate skill, Space and Time Captain, which allows them to potentially travel back in time to alter their fate. However, the journey comes with a heavy price, as Gao Yang must sacrifice himself to send them back, prompting a desperate plea from Wang Zi Kai to save him.
