Summary

This summer was hot and noisy with cicadas. In August 2007, Gojo Satoru became the strongest sorcerer while Feng Ling remained in a coma. Jiang Nan, now a first-class sorcerer, was busy with missions. Gojo refined his limitless techniques as cursed spirits surged. Geto Suguru, weary and disillusioned, held onto a piece of chocolate from Feng Ling. A cheerful junior, Hui Yuan, approached him, and they discussed an upcoming mission. A blonde sorceress, Jiu Shi Jiu You Ji, joined them, leading to a conversation about her reputation. Feng Ling, having awakened, encountered Geto and expressed concern over his well-being. After a brief reunion, the group celebrated her awakening, with everyone expressing relief and joy, especially Jiang Nan, who cried in happiness. Feng Ling felt weak but was reassured by her friends' support and promises of food.
