Summary

Lu Chen sets off to work in the Flowing Fragrance Garden, parting ways with A Tu, who enjoys roaming freely in the wild. Yi Xin, who has recently been assigned to the garden by Master Yan Luo, visits Lu Chen. Their conversation is interrupted when He Chang Sheng approaches, filled with animosity towards Lu Chen due to a past dispute involving the Su family. Despite Yi Xin's anger on Lu Chen's behalf, he explains that He Chang Sheng targets him because he is the weakest among their peers. They discuss the cowardice of taking out frustrations on the weak instead of confronting the true culprits. Lu Chen reassures Yi Xin that despite the darkness in the world, there are still beautiful things, like her smile. After a playful exchange, Yi Xin runs off but returns to invite Lu Chen for tea and inform him about the arrival of the 'Blue Butterfly Dew' he ordered, which makes his expression turn cold.
