Summary

In a tense situation, Jun Tiao Tiao volunteers to lure a ghost away, recognizing the risks involved. She gives Ning Qiushui a string of prayer beads to deliver to someone if she doesn't survive. As they prepare to escape, Bai Xiaoxiao provides a powerful comb that renders Ning invisible to ghosts for a minute. As they flee, they encounter a dread spirit, and Ning uses the comb to evade it. After a confrontation with Zheng Chao, the director, Ning kills him, discovering a script that details their experiences, suggesting they were mere puppets in a pre-written plot.
