Chapter 129: Psychological Invisibility. [130]
Summary
Zhu Hao Miao, feeling weakened yet optimistic, leaves his safe house to visit the "Apricot Blossom Pavilion," only to realize he has insufficient funds for his needs. He contemplates a sacrificial ceremony to gather resources, but becomes anxious upon suspecting that a birdman is investigating him and linking him to a cult. As he grapples with the idea of being perceived as an "evil god," he arrives at the pavilion and notices that a waiter fails to recognize him, leading him to discover he has developed a form of psychological invisibility. This newfound ability allows him to go unnoticed by mortals, which he considers advantageous for his plans. As he orders an extravagant meal, he reflects on the implications of his powers and the potential for leveling up his skills.Full content
