Summary

In the Dantai tribe's tent, Li Zi Ye discusses with Dantai Jing Yue about meeting her ailing father, Dantai Da Jun. After some hesitation, she agrees, leading him inside where her father, bedridden and pale, is excited to meet the descendant of his benefactor, the Sword Maniac. Their conversation reveals that Li Zi Ye has come with a message, but he admits he deceived them and instead seeks a favor regarding the Temple Master of Tian Yu, who is about to challenge the Sword Maniac. Li Zi Ye expresses concern over the Temple Master’s artifact, the Great Guangming Sword, which could jeopardize the Sword Maniac's chances. Dantai Da Jun realizes the gravity of the situation and the potential threat posed by Li Zi Ye.
