Summary

Miao Yi initially felt out of place among the village chiefs, who ignored him despite his attempts to engage. His audacity to mingle with monsters, while seeking to eliminate them, was met with disdain. He aimed to scout Copper Gong Village for an opportunity to act but faced obstacles due to the complex politics surrounding Wu Hua Fu Ren's fallen status. Despite feeling unwelcome and realizing his plans might be futile, Miao Yi was unwilling to return empty-handed after two months of effort. He decided to take a risk, hoping to find a chance to strike amidst the indifference of those around him.
