Summary

Cheng Dalei's fear level rises as he accumulates over 100,000 fear points, allowing him to attempt a ten-pull for heroes. Despite his hopes, he ends up with mostly mediocre heroes, except for an excellent blacksmith from Ma Family Village. He realizes this blacksmith can forge legendary weapons, hinting at his importance. As winter approaches, Cheng receives letters from Su Ying about her father's declining health. A group of guests arrives at Green Ox Mountain, led by Qi De Qiang from Youzhou, who brings a letter from the Lord of Youzhou, suggesting a recruitment of Cheng and his bandits to serve the military against the invading Rong tribe.
